I recently met up with one of my bests for brunch at Gary’s Supper Club in Lakeville, Minnesota. The food was really good and despite it being a “supper club” it was actually pretty casual!

Snacks:

Lobster Benedict: Poached eggs, Maine lobster, English Muffin, Hollandaise, and hashbrowns

I didn’t see the Lobster Benedict listed on their online menu, but it is all over their social media account – rightfully so. Their website advertises that they fly in fresh Maine lobsters daily and it definitely tastes fresh. I would gladly eat this every Sunday.

Salmon Benedict: Poached eggs, fresh Norwegian lox, English Muffin, Hollandaise, capers, and cream with hashbrowns

My friend got the salmon benedict. Also delicious.

I love that their brunch menu has cheese curds and other apps as well as some lunch options, too. As I’ve shared I’m not usually a huge egg person so knowing that other options exist makes me very happy!

Drinks:

For brunch they offer up all you can drink mimosas, but naturally I ordered the espresso martini and it came in the tallest glass possible haha.

Atmosphere/Service:

I wasn’t sure what to wear with it being a “supper club” especially since we had an outdoor adventure planned at Hot Sam’s Foto Park afterwards, but it was actually a pretty casual vibe. I do think if I went back for dinner I’d feel more comfortable dressing nicely, though!

Service was good and the food was delightful. 3.5 stars.
