I know I know, Lolito has been in it’s new spot for a long time, but I haven’t been yet so I’m going to pretend this is as new to everyone as it is to me and write a Hipster Hack about it 😂

Snacks:

Classic Guacamole

Their guacamole is so good. They offer a few different versions, but I’m a classic gal all the way. We were there during happy hour so we lucked out with some happy hour pricing.

Pork Asado Tacos: Recado seared pork tenderloin, salsa verde, pickled fresno chile, mango, queso fresco

I was very tempted to order a quesadilla, because I love them, but it’s not often we get to have quality street tacos so I decided I’d get the Pork Asado, which I also love.

These were spicy because I’m a spice baby, but very good.

Pork Shoulder Tacos: Achiote, pineapple, black habanero

Husband got the pork shoulder tacos which I was surprised about because he doesn’t like pineapple, but he said that the acid really helped cut the heat.

Drinks:

Lolito Margarita

They have a full bar and a great selection of tequila. Similar to their other restaurants their drink names are top notch and full of fun pop culture throwbacks.

Atmosphere:

Love that with the new location the sisters are together now ❤️

Because we went early on a Friday afternoon we had instant seating which is great (and rare) for Fridays in downtown Stillwater. The happy hour menu was great and the food was great, per usual.
