I’ve been writing reviews of Minnesota restaurants and activities since 2014, but now that I don’t live in the city trying to keep up with the continual openings of new restaurants just isn’t as feasible, however I still love food and talking about food so I thought it would be fun to share some of the Tara-proof (aka easy recipes even I can’t screw up).
I promise not to lead in with paragraphs of background text. Other than this opening paragraph I’ll get right to it!!
First up, husband has been working second shift meaning he needs something ready to eat when he comes home on his breaks so pasta salad has been the go-to. However, we do have a bit of a twist in that we use a lower carb noodle (linked below).
6 Ingredient Greek Pasta Salad
Ingredients:
- 1/2 bag Al Dente Carbanada Fusilli Noodles (Amazon Link)
- 2 Zucchinis sliced and quartered
- 1/2 Jar sliced Kalamata olives
- 4 oz (1 container) crumbled feta cheese
- 1 lb shredded chicken
- 1/2 bottle Kraft Greek dressing
Prep:
- To save time I purchase the pre-shredded chicken…I wasn’t kidding when I said these recipes are Tara-proof haha. I’m not pretending to be anything I’m not!
- I cook the noodles and then after straining them either give them a cold water bath or cool them off under running cold water until they’re room temperature
- Add all ingredients to a container with a lid, put the lid on and shake shake shake.

I’m not going to lie and pretend I know the actual serving size, because husband doesn’t follow them haha, but I’d say it’s reasonably 8 servings.
Here are the macros according to myfitnesspal for the ENTIRE thing.

Lower carb than normal, but definitely still a pasta salad! Let me know if you enjoy it or what you’d change.
