Being a novice home cook (with no real desire to be better haha) I’ve always been intimidated by chicken crust pizzas, however a friend of mine shared her recipe and assured me it was easy and worth it so I had to try it out!
Chicken Crust Pizza – Caesar Salad

Ingredients:
- 1 lb Ground Chicken (I used canned and it worked great!)
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Caesar Salad Kit
- Garlic Powder
- Minced Onion
- Italian seasoning
- Garlic powder
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Optional: red pepper flakes
Prep:
- Assemble the Crust by mixing all ingredients minus the salad kit
- Lay out on a parchment lined pizza pan and spread it out to about 1/2″ thick or less (thinner = crispier)
- I used a fork to mash which worked out great
- Bake at 450 for 20 minutes. You can check and cook longer or shorter depending on your desired crispness.
- Use some of the Caesar dressing to lightly cover the pizza as a sauce
- Mix the rest of the kit together and put on top (my friend also used pepperoncini, but I’m a spice baby)
- Enjoy!
I found I had to fold mine in half to eat without the salad falling off, but it was really good!

Like a normal pizza, I’m sure nutritionally they’d say it is 4 servings, however it is enough to feed 2 people, and if you’re super hungry you could smash it on your own haha. Due to the salad, it’s better not to have leftovers.
This was my first time making a chicken crust and I was excited about how easy it was! This is definitely something I’ll make more often and try out other flavorings!

I once had a delicious Caesar salad chicken at the Italian style restaurant in New Taipei city. It really made my day.
