I know this isn’t food related, but I wanted to share about this cool event I recently attended on a Saturday morning with a couple friends – Neon Brush Experience.
Neon Brush Minneapolis:
I was served up an ad about the Neon Brush Experience, and had to click on it to learn more. It is essentially a sip & paint pop-up hosted at 56 Brewing in Northeast Minneapolis. However, the key differene is that you are painting in the dark with black lights and using neon paint!
We went to the 10:30am session on a Saturday morning, which also allowed us to grab lunch at The Buttered Tin afterwards…ok ok I know this isn’t a food post, but look at this Dill Pickle Grilled Cheese with bacon….I’m drooling.
Dill Pickle Grilled Cheese w/Bacon: Dill Havarti and provolone cheese, dill pickle chips, and peppadew relish on toasted sourdough bread.
Unfortunately, it doesn’t look like they have any upcoming dates for Neon Brush, but if you’re interested you can request to be notified by Fever or see other pop-up events they are putting on. What a fun way to do some new things in the city you love.
