We’ve had two really great experiences at Kincaid’s so when we were picking somewhere that felt special to us to celebrate our 1st anniversary dinner it was a natural choice.
Snacks:

House Bread
It’s rare to meet a bread I don’t love. Their bread is seasoned to perfection.

Oven Roasted Crab and Artichoke Dip: Parmesan, sweet onion, toasted baguette
This dip was so good. The mix of crab and artichoke was just yummmmmmm. The baguettes were also very crispy and easily broke apart so it wasn’t messy to eat.

American Wagyu Sirloin: 8 oz. with Yukon Gold mashed potatoes, asparagus, roasted garlic
Husband got the 16 oz. Ribeye, which he loved, but I hate steak fat so I lean towards the leaner cuts. I also went with one of the smaller options, because I had my eye on the lobster mac (duh).
Both steaks were cooked to perfection and quite frankly that was one of the big reasons we picked Kincaid’s. We like to experience great food, but we’re normal people who don’t have huge budgets so for us to spend a significant amount of money on a meal, especially a celebratory meal that will be creating a memory for us, we wanted quality. Kincaid’s delivers.

Lobster Mac & Cheese
I’ll be honest, there wasn’t a lot of lobster in this mac & cheese, but it was super creamy and it had the perfect lobster flavor throughout.

Crème Brûlée: Rich vanilla custard with a caramelized sugar crust
Something really cute was that they brought us a complimentary dessert for our anniversary. I’ll be honest that I don’t LOVE the toasted sugar top of a crème brûlée, but the inerds were delicious and husband was very pleased with the top haha.
Drinks:

Rye Old Fashioned & Effervescence: Tito’s Vodka, Italicus Bergamot Liqueur, Fiorente Elderflower Liqueuer, Lemon, Prosecco
A rye old fashioned is husband’s go-to so no surprise there. For me, I thought I’d have one Effervescence and move onto my trusty titos + soda, but I was so pleasantly surprised with how amazing it was that I had to get another (and another…oops haha). It had a really nice and crisp flavoring from the prosecco with just the right touch of refreshing lemon.
Atmosphere/Service:

The food was fantastic. The only thing that could have been improved was that our server was pretty busy so it took her a while to be able to loop back to us.
