Red Cow Minnesota Brunch Review Hipster Hack
Standard

I’m a Red Cow fan, but this is my first time trying out their brunch. Two words: brunch flight.

Pete’s Breakfast: Two eggs, hash browns, english muffin, sausage patties

Breakfast has never been my favorite meal, but you can never go wrong with a perfectly cooked over easy egg with english muffin and sausage patties.

Pro tip is to add a side of the house ketchup for your hashbrowns. It’s so good.

Brunch Flight: House nitro cold brew, mimosa, bloody mary, odell lagerado

This is the first time I’ve heard of a brunch flight and I have to admit that this is now my new favorite thing. It is the perfect amount of everything – just enough caffeine with the nitro cold brew, and the perfect amount of bloody mary and mimosa without either giving me acid reflux #oldpersonprobs

Red Cow North Loop location is off Washington and right across from their sister restaurant the Red Rabbit – which is the perfect place to continue the brunch crawl with bottomless mimosas and espresso martinis!
