I was excited to have girls brunch with some friends at Lake Elmo Inn recently.

Historically, Lake Elmo Inn was known for their brunch buffet, however, since COVID they have updated their brunch service to a 4 course meal instead.

Brunch:

Yogurt Parfait

For a starter I picked the Yogurt Parfait which was delicious and for my main breakfast course I, like all my friends, chose the eggs benedict. Which was perfectly prepared.

The next course was much heartier options and I ended up ordering the steak to-go as my third course, because I was already pretty full.

However, I did save room for the last course – a dessert trio.

The baklava was my favorite part!

Drinks:

During brunch you also get bottomless champagne so you better believe I took advantage of that.

Atmosphere/Service:

The course meal was nice, however it did take a long time to get through it. We were there about 2 hours, so definitely make sure you have the time!
