I’m going to apologize ahead of time, because we were in a group of 5 and I did not pay attention to what everyone was ordering I was too keyed up waiting for queso dip….so make sure you check out the menu below for all the details.

Fiesta Mexican Grill is in the same strip mall as the Kowalskis in Stillwater. Technically the city is Oak Park Heights, but everyone just refers to the whole area as Stillwater…the Stillwater High School is next door.

Steak Quesadilla

I was supposed to only be “snacking” as my husband was getting us dinner when he got off work later that evening so I ordered a quesadilla thinking I’d only eat 1….spoiler alert, I ate 3 of them because I couldn’t stop and didn’t eat the dinner and that paired with the tub of chips meant I didn’t end up eating the dinner he got us… oops.

Below are a couple of the other dishes. 3 other people got burritos and I don’t remember which ones so its safe to say – the burritos are recommended.

Espresso Yo Self Martini and Old Fashioned

I had a strawberry margarita, which is always delightful. My brother in law got this beauty…again I don’t remember what it was and I know he’s already in bed so no point in texting him to ask…I sincerely apologize for the lack of details in this review lol, but truthfully, this place was exactly what you would have wanted it to be – quality food and fast service.

Atmosphere/Service:

10/10 would go again.
