We had girls lunch at Tanzenwald Brewing Company in early July, which means, yes, this review is coming a month late but it’s been a busy summer so you’ll have to forgive me!

Food:

Cabbage Pancakes: Served with Korean BBQ & Yum Yum sauces. 

One of my friends got the cabbage pancakes and they looked absolutely delicious.

Korean Fries: Fries topped with Fischer family farms pulled pork, Korean BBQ sauce, Yum Yum sauce, green onions and sesame seeds

My other friend ordered the Korean fries and after seeing both dishes come out looking this good with the Korean BBQ and Yum Yum sauce I couldn’t resist trying some…I’d definitely get these next time I’m there.

Caprese BLT: Bacon, lettuce, tomato, mozzarella, balsamic glaze & basil pesto.  Served on grilled Texas toast.

I got the Caprese BLT with a side of onion rings and I am very happy with my choice. Loved the basil pesto add. It made the dish for me.

They have a decently large menu selection for a brewery, which makes it easy for anyone to find something!

Drinks:

Pony Boy Golden Ale

They have a handful of drinks on tap as well as NA options.

Atmosphere/Service:

Turn for parking at the building – they have it in the back. I ended up doing a loop, because I got confused.

Our server was great and the space is beautiful.
