Minneapolis Media Institute Art & Music Exhibit

Minneapolis Media Institute

Similar to the layout of Art-A-Whirl, Minneapolis Media Institute will be putting on an Art & Music Exhibit at 514 Studios in Downtown Minneapolis on December 19th. This is an event I’ve been helping to plan for the last couple months with some really great students and coworkers, and it’s going to be a great way for the art and music community to see what talent is on the horizon.

I’m constantly blown away by the art the students at this school create and think this is an event you shouldn’t miss.

This is a free, all ages event. Doors open at 4pm and music starts at 5pm.

There will be a physical gallery made up of prints, watercolors, and 3D models, as well as digital demo reels; including 3D animations and models, video game level designs, graphic designs, audio reels, and a gaming station for people to play some video games.

Headlined by Alum and local artist, Jairo, Iowa legend, Izzy Dunfore, and MMI and Slam Academy Ableton Instructor and Performer, Leon Jaworski, this is sure to be a great free Twin Cities/Minneapolis music event.

You can get the full event details and RSVP to the Facebook event on the Art & Music Exhibit Website.
