Fair State Brewing Cooperative Hard Water: Hibiscus Orange
I love that they came out with hard selzters. The hibiscus orange flavor is delightful!
In the past I’ve had some Fair State beers at other locations, I tend to gravitate towards stouts, so I’d recommend the Black Lager. I’m sure the Roselle is delicious if you like sour beer. It’s hibiscus flavored (I apparently have a thing for hibiscus)
Atmosphere:
The beer garden space is pretty fantastic. Equally fantastic was Mikayla going to different locations so we could play “Where’s Muk?” in my photos hahaha
The ground is a little treacherous so I’d suggest wearing some flat shoes to maneuver on that gravel!
Service/Atmosphere:
The beertender was super sweet and added bonus that he was willing to take photos/boomerangs for us haha. The epitome of service!
